ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1. This is an agreement between the client and the business "Ale Creations." It is your responsibility to read and aknowledge the terms in order for this production to run smoothly. You are hereby giving "Ale Creations" the right to obtain and use your creation for the promotion and representation of this website upon purchasing a product; It will not be redistribute or sold. "Ale Creations" designs will not, and should not, by all means, be redistribute, sold, or altered in any way. If the product has credit you are not allowed to take it off. If you are thinking of changing something on your creation, but will still leave the credit on, contact "Ale Creations" first. You need my permission to do anything with "Ale Creations" work. If things get out of hand, court may be involved. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT BUY FROM "ALE CREATIONS."
BILLING AND CHARGES.
2. Billings and Charges can only be done through PAYPAL. It is the only way to buy a product from "Ale Creations." The amount shown on each product, unless giving a specific price, will be the exact cost. PAYPAL is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial facts. For more information on PAYPAL go to www.paypal.com. Keep in mind, PAYPAL is a trustworthy site for which you can use without worries. "Ale Creations" is only using this method to transfer money. "Ale Creations" does not give refunds, unless the customer has a perfectly good explanation for which he/she wants their money back. Reasons like, "I don't like it" will not be accepted. We will make sure you see it as we go through the process so we can make any changes you dislike. Graphic designing does take time and effort; therefore, we strive to give you the best with the lowest prices.
SECURITY
3. Many do not feel confident buying a product from a new site. Especially an independent one. Therefore, "Ale Creations" recommend you visit paypal.com and read what they offer. "Ale Creations" does not see your information at all. The information provided goes directly to Paypal; "Ale Creations" recieves only the money itself. "Ale Creations" personally chose this site to recieve payments because of its trustworthiness. If anything happens you can contact them; they are a professional company and will most certainly take care of the situation. For other problems, you may contact us. Take a look around and read what they offer and how they work. Maybe you will feel much better knowing its secure and safe.
NON-PROFIT WORK
4. This is an agreement between the non-profit customer and "Ale Creations." Upon using an "Ale Creations" design for free, you hereby agree with the rules provided to you. The non-profit customer should never, by all means, take off the "Ale Creations" credit or logo on a design. Moreover, re-distributing "Ale Creations" work is against our terms of use; therefore, you should not, whatsoever, re-distribute our work on another website. The non-profit customer should not alter "Ale Creations'" designs without permission. If a non-profit customer is caught doing one of the following, if not all, of what has been mentioned, "Ale Creations" will take action. "Ale Creations" has reported several websites before for claiming our work as theirs. Copyrighted license is on it's way; the non-profit customer should keep that in mind at all times.
